While “spiritual beauty” may be the “source” of beauty, the physical body is its temple and expression. However, in order for physical fitness and health to be complete need to link to your inner health, your exterior aspects of beauty must meet your interior aspects.

Generally, it is the physical facet of beauty the one that we incline to center solely in western society. The reality is just having a proportionally muscular, beautiful body, the part that people could see; it is not all there is in you. It is also the beauty within that must be considered.

Beauty, they say, is in the eye of the observer and though a good physical visual aspect is an immediate attractive force, real and complete beauty stretches out from an inner source. Inner beauty is a continuous source of beauty. It is the internal peace and strength that emanates from spiritual, emotional, mental, and censorial besides the physical.

Spiritual Beauty is the initial and the most impalpable level in terms of worldly expression. Meditation, or lifting up music and dancing could touch its harmony and a radiant glowing.
